We take extreme care in the selection of our staff. Our cleaners are well experienced and professional with a minimum of 2 years experience in cleaning with checkable references and good English, they have to pass an in depth assessment with us to qualify to be a member of Homesparkle.
No disruption if your cleaner is ill or on holiday
The first clean that we provide you with is carried out by your new cleaner together with our official Homesparkle coordinator who oversees the training and standards of your cleaner – this will mean that in any case of your cleaner/cleaners going on holiday or being off sick there will be no disruption to your home – business as the Homesparkle coordinator will have hands on experience already in your premises and would be able to step in and cover all your needs.
Quality control
Your coordinator will regularly visit your premises to make sure that the standard is as high as we promise.
How we Work
Our coordinator will come to your premises to discuss your requirements. Within 24 hours we will provide you with a free no obligation quote and recommended an action plan.
If you are happy to go ahead the coordinator will come with your cleaner to do your start up cleaning. Here we take care of all the bits and pieces which have possibly been neglected for a while. In next few weeks your coordinator with your assistance will work out a cleaning routine and job description for your role, and therefore you could easily monitor our work.
From then onwards your professional cleaner will come on time and our coordinator will be on hand if there is need for it. We will do regular quality control visits and we are also on hand to answer any questions or queries you may have.
