What can you expect from Homesparkle?
A face-to-face meeting. First things first; we will have to come to your home to meet you and see the property, as no quotes are provided over the phone or email. This enables us to build a cleaning schedule with you, that meets your specific needs, and works around your lifestyle. Our cleaning service could be weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on your requirements.
An initial deep-clean. We start off with a deep clean of your home, that covers all areas that might often get neglected. It includes: oven, fridge and freezer, woodwork, cupboards and drawers. We recommend having a deep clean every so often but once done, our regular cleaning will keep this maintained. The first deep-clean that we provide is carried out by your appointed cleaner together with our official Homesparkle coordinator, who oversees the training and standards of your cleaner. This means that if your cleaner is going on holiday or is off sick, there will be no disruption to your home. The Homesparkle coordinator will already be familiar with your home and is therefore able to step in and cover your needs.
Dedicated domestic support you can trust. We provide you with the same cleaner (or cleaners) every time, to ensure that they get a feel for your home and your requirements. This means that you can enjoy stress-free domestic support all the time.
A 4-6 week cleaning task rotation. Retaining our high standards is important to us. Therefore, there are regular tasks that our staff cover during your clean – duties such as cleaning picture frames, skirting boards, window sills, fridges and microwaves to name a few. Other tasks that require less regular attention – such as behind beds and sofas, we schedule on rotation. Therefore, over the course of the entire month, your property is not only cleaned thoroughly, but cleaned everywhere.
A monthly quality check. We arrange regular visits to run through your cleaning schedule and get your feedback. This reassures you that everything is being done and allows us to amend the cleaning requirements or frequency if needed. Ultimately, it keeps everyone (and everything) in check.
