When it comes to getting your property ready for letting, it should feel inviting and appear fresh and clean. And we know it’s not just about what you can see. Hidden woodwork, draws, fridges and cupboards are just some of the elements that must also be covered to ensure that the place is ready to move into.
What can you expect from Homesparkle?
An initial visit. We come out to visit the property so that we can recommend what is required to ensure it’s up to scratch when it comes to letting it out. We can also provide recommendations on whether items need cleaning or replacing, and partner with our trusted sub-contractors. This includes specialist oven cleaners, window cleaners and carpet cleaners, to ensure that all work is carried out properly and on time.
A checklist for the tenant. In order to make it as smooth as possible for you, we can arrange a visit as soon as the tenant serves their notice. We can run through a checklist with them so that they agree on the work upfront. This is particularly useful when there are tasks that take longer such as carpet and oven cleaning.
A free quote (no obligation). We then provide you with a free quote so that things can move along speedily when the tenant has left the property. Our quote will depend on the number of reception rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms that require cleaning. However, we will always recommend the most efficient cleaning service and schedule to deliver the best result for you.
A job well done. We provide you with a reliable and thorough cleaning service to help ensure that the property remains in shipshape and the tenant’s deposit is returned.
