- How soon can you start?
- If no special requirements are needed we are able to start as soon as possible.
- Does the same cleaner come on the same day each week?
- Yes, as long as you are happy with the cleaner we sent you. If you need to change your regular day please talk to us as Friday is a particular busy day.
- Are the cleaners insured?
- Insurance is in place for accidental damage to your property or injury to the cleaner when working in a client's home. Please note the insurance is subject to £250.00 excess, so it is not for small breakages.
- Do you use eco friendly product?
- Green cleaning is not only great for the environment but good for the health of the whole household. Therefore, we are happy to clean with eco friendly products and also help you to recycle if required.
- Do you provide ironing services?
- Yes, we are happy to iron in your home or take it away and bring it back within 48 hours. Please state that you need ironing when you request your cleaner.
- We cover all the important aspects of health and safety with our full time health and safety officer. Our standards cover COSHH (control of substances hazardous to health) and all the other aspects of modern health and safety.
- All payments for your services are required by bank transfer on the day of service or by standing order for our regular clients.
- Can I get your services more than once a week?
- We are happy to come as many days a week as you require. Minimum of 2 hours required each time.
- Do you provide your services at the weekend, bank holiday or out of office hours?
- Saturday is an ordinary working day for us so just please state your request when you order your services with us. When it comes to providing you with our services on Sunday, bank holiday or out of office hours please be advised that special fee applies.
- What happens if I would like to cancel your services?
- One month cancellation notice is required.
- What happens if I would like to temporarily cancel your services?
- We require 24 hours cancelation notice otherwise full fee applies. When it comes to your cleaning we would advise you to carry on even if you are away as there are always things to catch up with.
- What should I do if the cleaner fails to turn up?
- Cleaners should contact you if they are not able to come. If however, you are not contacted please phone our office straight away and we will make alternative arrangements for you.
