End of Tenancy Cleaning

- Arrange a free quote when tenants provide notice that they are proposing to move out.
- Go through a standardised checklist, so that the tenant would agree up front the work, including any particularly time consuming cleaning jobs which may be required such as ovens and carpets. As part of the service, Homesparkle would advise the tenant on how to reduce the cost of the cleaning.
- Provide an efficient and reliable service to ensure that the vacating tenant's deposit is returned and the property is being maintained to a high standard.

Every property is unique and has been maintained to differing standards, therefore we would recommend inspecting the property before providing you with a free no obligation quote, so that we can properly assess what is required to bring the property up to lettable standards. Our prices also vary according to the number of reception rooms, bathrooms and bedrooms requiring cleaning.
